This material ensures a lightweight, skin-friendly fit that is ideal for sports enthusiasts.

Enhancing your vision, the lenses of our sports sunglasses come in two superior materials – Polycarbonate (PC) and TAC lenses.

The PC lens provides outstanding impact resistance, lightness, and UV protection, safeguarding your eyes during active pursuits.

Additionally, the TAC  lens features a specialized coating that eliminates glare and enhances colour contrast, delivering clearer vision in various outdoor settings.

It absorbs 99% of harmful UV rays, protecting your eyes while ensuring optimal visual clarity.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to send the item back to our head office in its original packaging and undamaged, along with the proof of purchase receipt invoice. Fire Wave will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. Please note that this process may take up to 14 working days.

If you receive a damaged item and want a refund, you will need to contact our customer service and provide evidence of the damage. If your refund request is approved, Fire Wave will pay for the shipping cost of returning the item to our head office and process your refund within 14 working days. The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged and accompanied by the proof of purchase receipt invoice.

Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must send us an email with proof of the damage to the product within 14 days of receiving it. You must also include proof of purchase, such as the invoice, and the original packaging of the product. We will review your claim and determine if you qualify for a refund. If your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 14 workdays. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any other reasons than damage to the product upon delivery.

Return & Exchange:

We want you to be happy with the clothing you buy from us, whether you shop online or in-store. That’s why we offer you the option to return any clothing that doesn’t fit you well and exchange it for a different size. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. Please make sure you have your receipt as proof of purchase, and that the clothing is in its original condition, with the tags still attached and no signs of wear or wash. This way, we can ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for all our customers. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for clothing that you simply don’t like after receiving it. We only accept returns and exchanges for size issues. If we don’t have your desired size in stock, we will order it for you as soon as possible.
