Detailed description of goods and/or services: Firewave is an online store offering eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise eg surfboards, apparel, accessories and more.

1. Delivery policy: Orders are protested withing 48 hours Subject to availability and receipt of payment or proof of payment,
   Delivery details will be provided on completion of order.
2. Return/refund policy: Returns and refunds are allowed in the following cases:
   a) If a wrong item is received you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it via e-mail. Arrangements to collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one will be made and it will be at our cost.
   b) If a damaged or broken product is received you must notify us immediately via e-mail. We will arrange for the damaged or broken product to be collected and replaced with a new one at our cost.
   c) Please, note that late delivery is not grounds for return or refund.
   d) If you wish to return a product for other reasons, you can do so within 5 days of receiving it. You must inform us via e-mail with proof of reason for requesting a return. We will decide upon receipt of your request whether to accept it or not. If a return is arranged, the product must be in the original sealed package (not used) and the delivery cost for returning will be your responsibility.
   We will take it further with the manufacturer/supplier and it will be the manufacturer’s/supplier’s discretion to refund. We will not make refunds unless the manufacturer/supplier approves one. Firewave may, however, offer you a similar product.
3. Customer Privacy policy: Personal customer details provided for the registration on Firewave’s website are separate from the card details entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. 
   Firewave shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.
4. Payment options accepted: Firewave accepts Payments via Bant Transfer (EFT), Masterpass, Credit and debit cards.
5. Card acquiring and security: Card transactions will be acquired for Firewave via Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
6. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country is South Africa. Transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR) but may also be in Swiss Franc (CHF) depending on geolocation.
7. Country of domicile: This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Firewave is a South African registered close corporation trading as Firewave.
8. Variation: Firewave may, in its sole discretion, change these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time without notice.
9. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Firewave. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
10. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) without prior notice.
11. We only sell items to adults (aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. To register with Firewave you must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
    All personal information you have provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. All personal information will only be used to process and deliver orders and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
12. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account with Firewave.  You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. Firewave shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or access to your account.
13. Please note that we will never ask for a customer to confirm credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Firewave asking you to submit credit card details, please, do not respond.
14. Firewave makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment and software are available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Firewave shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise to computer hardware and software as a result of using this website.
15. As per Google adwords policy we disclose the use of AdWords’ free conversion tracking feature which provides us with information related to clicks to actual orders made.
16. Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts are only valid as promoted in the current year and cannot be used with other running specials or loyalty points. All discounts are valid till stocks last. Back orders are not accepted.
